Barry maintains active membership in the Society for Learning Analytics Research, the Association for Educational Communications and Technology, and the American Psychological Association. Besides the master's level work Barry has done in instructional design, educational psychology and technology, he is currently working with a cohort of peers in a doctorate of applied learning sciences through the University of Miami. Barry likes to write, blog, and podcast about theories of learning, philosophy of education, the meaning of life, and the perennial themes of religion and philosophy.
